At last I finished My 'Something pretty' blanket.....
120 glorious granny squares :o)
2 whole months making!
organising the colours...
stitching them together,a lap blanket!
its all coming together....
pretty....
The sun is setting,but I cannot stop,just one more.....
slowly getting there, another days stitching up....
120 squares, now for a border,there's another day tomorrow, so addictive.....

A single crochet border and all complete. My proudest achievment in My little crochet world so far!

Absolutely beautiful and what an achievement. I only learnt the art of crochet a week ago and I can see why so many love it and your blanket is certainly inspiration as I would love to see one on my boys beds this coming winter xx

What a gorgeous blanket!! Really, the colours are all so gentle and soft, and I love the random placement of them. I see someone asked if you are on Ravelry ... it really is a great place (free sign up) and there is so much there for inspiration and lots of patterns available (many of those are free too!).
