Welcome february! January seemed to last forever. The dark bleak days seemed to stretch endlessly, only broken up by our big bit of snow ;o)
I've been surrounding Myself with spring bulbs and My daffs have come out beautifully...
I'm making steady progress on the 'something pretty' blanket, over half way now!
I'm looking forward to the slightly warmer days,to getting back out in the garden to tidy it up and to My beloved summerhouse,Oh how I ve missed You over these last freezing months...
Sorry to have not been around in blogland very much recently,I 've been having some tummy troubles which I am trying to sort out and am waiting for an appointment. Hopefully all will be well soon...

ReplyDeleteYour spring bulbs are gorgeous. The world really is updside down! Spring bulbs are just appearing for sale in the garden shops here, yet we are supposedly at the peak of summer...hard to think about planning the spring garden, though I did buy some pink hyacinths.

ReplyDeleteI find this year is already going by far too quickly. So many wonderful projects to work on means time passes quickly. But I agree about wanting to get out in the garden. Your summerhouse is one of the first things I saw on your blog and it was love at first sight. I can imagine you can't wait to get back in it again this year.
ReplyDeleteLove your new project. I hope you can work on it lots even though you are having tummy troubles. I will cross my fingers for you that it is solved soon.
Hugs from Holland ~
