A winter wonderland...

This morning We awoke to a winter wonderland,30cms of snow due today! These were the views from My window today :o)

I'll be staying put today,schools closed,yay!lots of tea and back to hooking My blanket, perfect.

  3. Reading your post, stuck at work (which I had great troubles getting at this morning!) & seeing more snow coming down!!! School will be closing at 13h30 so have an excuse to leave work early :P

  5. Well....I've just been out and helped the kids build
    a snowman...They wanted to build it on the pavement..
    Neah! In the middle of the road...(No idea these kids).
    HeHe! Great fun....! :).
    I'm on my third Hot Chox...Just had toast and jam, home made, by my daughter...Noooooow! What's next....

  8. Lots of lovely snow here too - enough for boys schools to be shut :)

    Have had a walk into town with littlest one and now waiting for bread/soup to finish cooking so we can go and play outside :)

  18. Enjoy being safe & warm indoors! We've had a similar day today, all of us at home, though the husband and Mia have ventured out this afternoon with the sledge. Mia was in Cardiff yesterday for the school Youth Hostel trip but it was sadly cut short only 24 hours after they arrived because of the weather - a very unhappy girl but i'm secretly just very glad that she's home and safe with us xx
