New year,new crochet project.

Hello everyone!
Its been a few weeks, I'm afraid I've been struggling a bit with the dark days and always find January the hardest..
I've bought some bulbs for the house to remind Me spring days wont be long.

I started a new crochet project, I'm aiming to make a 'Something pretty' blanket. I started with these before and they ended up as a cushion, twice! See My sidebar for the link to the pattern over at Millie makes.

These are the some of the colours I'm using, I've made 20 so far and need to make 120! So only 100 to go...... :o)
They take Me at least half an hour to make one, so not many are made in a day!
And I joined some and laid them out to see how they are going to look, I can hardly wait :o)

Monday I took the dogs for there haircuts, it seems a bit cruel when its so cold, but they could hardly see!
Jack :o)

Rose having snuggles :o)

Jack keeping warm on My lap under a blanket its fffreezing!

Here's ted in her new dress from sarah (sqiuggling about) from our Christmas swap, it fits perfect and Ted whispered She loves it too ,thankyou Sarah. And a new little Ted from My Dear friend Paula what a sweetie,Paula and the Ted,Paula sent Me the most wonderful Christmas parcel,I'm a very lucky Girl.I wanted to share her sweetest makes but I'm having terrible trouble uploading piccies today, its taken Me hours today,is anyone else having trouble? I had to import from My blog, whatever that means???
Anyway keep cosy lovlies and will be back soon,

  11. I find January hard too and have done exactly the same - a nice pot of hyacinths to bring early Spring colour and scent.
The dogs look so cute after their clips.
You are really whizzing along with your squares, it is going to be a beautiful blanket.

  12. Hello my dearest heart friend and sis! I am happy to see a post from you! I have been worried about you love! I am sorry these days have been difficult. I hope you will have warmer and sunnier weather soon! Your bulbs are lovely and will bring lots of good cheer when they bloom. Your doggies are so SWEET! Their haircuts look very pretty. Adam had to groom Pearl too, it is cold here as well, but she did feel much better after her haircut and she keeps a sweater on and blankies like your babies do. Love the photo of your sweet girl with Rosie and Jack all snuggled up on your lap. Mr. Poppy is on mine right now! Your crochet project is gorgeous! I love the colors! Oh, Ted looks so pretty in her new, lovely dress! I am happy you like the little teddy I sent. I think it is the neatest thing that we both sent each other a Ted! I love my wonderful Christmas parcel sweetheart!!! Thank you so much! I am sorry you were having trouble with blogger. I hope it works better soon! Sending you oodles of love and a big hug! Miss you like crazy! Love you bunches, Paula xoxo
